Experience from both sides of the table.
I have spent over 20 years in HR, most recently as Director, Head of Global People Development at Lundbeck. I have started over as an expat, and worked with people all over the world. Many of the people I work with are internationals building their careers in Denmark.
I am a trained coach, with a postgraduate degree in psychology and a master's degree in law.
I trained at Erickson Coaching International. My sessions are practical and honest, and I follow the ICF Code of Ethics and coaching standards.
I know what it takes to start over.
Australia in 2010, Turkey in 2017, Denmark in 2018. Each move meant rebuilding my career in a new culture.

Before you book
Do I need to complete Career Discovery first?
No. You can book your session first, and your Career Discovery access opens automatically as soon as you book. I recommend completing Career Discovery before we meet, because it takes about 45-60 minutes and lets us spend our session on your decision rather than your background. But it is optional.
I have already completed Career Discovery. What should I book?
You can book a one-time 55-minute debrief session directly within your Career Discovery journey. This applies whether you paid for Career Discovery or received it for free. If you would like ongoing collaboration or coaching afterwards, this can be explored during or after your call.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. What we discuss stays between us, also when your employer pays. I follow the ICF Code of Ethics.
What is coaching?
I work with the International Coaching Federation's definition: "Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential." Read more on the ICF website.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Therapy is a space to heal and to work through the past. Coaching is future-oriented: it focuses on your growth, your goals and the actions that move you towards them. Therapy often asks "why", and coaching asks "how". If something needs a psychologist or therapist, I will tell you honestly.
Can you see my Career Discovery results?
Only if you choose to share them. I read the reports, CV and other information you decide to share, and nothing else.
What is the 70-20-10 model?
It is a common way to plan development, used in most corporate environments. Around 70% of development comes from experience on the job, 20% from learning with and from others, such as mentoring and feedback, and 10% from formal training and courses. A plan built this way is easier to agree with your manager, because it uses a structure they already know.
Can my employer pay for development coaching?
Many employers cover it from a development budget. I can send an invoice to your company.
What language are sessions in?
English.
How does booking work?
You choose a time that suits you and pay when you book. Sessions take place on Google Meet, and you receive the link in your confirmation email. After you book, your Career Discovery access opens automatically and you receive an email with everything you need to begin. If you have questions after booking, simply reply to my email.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. With less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of the fee is charged. With less than 12 hours' notice, the full fee is charged.
